I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the bathroom. The tub was clogged upon arrival, and water would take a long time to drain. This meant I had to wait a while after someone else showered before I could use it, which was very inconvenient. I reported the issue to the staff, but it took two full days before it was fixed. While the staff was too friendly , the delay in addressing the problem was frustrating and impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

Staff at front desk were very nice, and helpful. However no AC in hallways, A/C in rooms did not control humidity. In the rooms, you were either cold and sweaty or hot and sweaty. It was so bad it caused nasal congestion at night. Smell in hotel and rooms was horrendous. Floors were sticky and filthy. Really cheap appliances. Neighborhood was very unsafe. Lots of transients in area. Do NOT recommend this place.

I like that the location is central to many places, the property is clean, quiet and the staff are people persons. The room is clean. I honestly do not have any dislike. I would surely stay at the LaQuinta Hotel again also tell others.

Nice hotel good for Chase Stadium

The Hotel is perfectly located for those going to Chase Stadium. The general look is very nice, large reception area, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Limit is the lift, slow and not "smart". Parking is available, breakfast very minimal but enough. In generakl the hotel needs renovation, but is well kept and staff is helpful.
