Pillows smelled like BO. Dealt with it night 1. Went down in the morning to ask to have all sheets and pillows changed. Came back at night to find my room had not been cleaned at all. Had to go down for more towels and at least get new pillows. Breakfast was a joke. Pros were the area and staff.

Absolutely the worst during the trip. We stayed at 3 different hotels. This was terrible. Glad we stayed only for a night. We were on 4th floor. 1. Bathroom was smelly. Toilet had water spouting through the night. Only good thing was water didn't flow onto the floor. 2. Staff- we had early morning flight and had to leave at 4.30am. So we had to warm our own bread. But the lady near breakfast counter was not only noting that breakfast would start at 6am ( which we knew already) and used foul language. Do not recommend this place at all. Better to pay extrav amount and stay at Marriott/ Hampton Inn next door.

Recent upgrades to rooms make them LOOK nice but walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that is going on in rooms around you. Sink outside of the bathroom is weird and continental breakfast was awful - waffles tasted weird and were soggy. There was also a smell that they triednto cover up with air diffusers placed in the lobby. Best part was the pool - the kids had a great time. Location is good bc of close to a mall with shopping and food options. Only 20min from Port Everglades and 20min rom FLL airport. I wouldnt not stay there again as there are other hotels in the vicinity in the same price range.

I asked for bath towel and got damp towels. I went to get coffee and there was no creamer. I wanted cereal in the morning and there was no milk. The bed was not comfortable at all and was lopsided.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff for breakfast worked very hard to constantly refill food options and guest requests. And special thanks… to the cleaning staff who found my headphones and Karla who called me to let me know they found them (I didn’t even know they were missing yet!). And all this above and beyond worn over the Christmas holiday. A great staff!

Room was musty smelling. Bathroom tub was filthy and paper toilet holder off the wall. Loud noises by others in adjacent rooms. Elevator not operable had to take stairs to room. Hallways filthy. Breakfast was a joke awful service and limited on selection. Very disappointing for a Wyndham hotel. Needs major improvements.
