I like the nearness to shopping and convenience of parking. The information given regarding the shuttle was misleading as she gave us the wrong terminal pickup point. We were waiting at the correct place between terminal 3 & 4 F. She misguided us to wait at Terminal 3 F. When we arrive she kept being adamant and insist on being wrong and strong, not caring to correct the error for future guest.

The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the Tri Rail station which was very helpful as we had planned on taking it from the airport but didn't have to. The breakfast was okay for continental, but it would have been nice if it was a full buffet breakfast. The hotel is very close to Walmart, Walgreens and Dollar Tree for any last minute items.

Too many problems accessing internet. The breakfast offerings were embarrassing. Communication with staff there was difficult. Too many issues with room key and getting locked out. Initial room smelled like mildew before I asked to switch due to smell. I do not recommend staying here.

We starting only for a night as a transit to catch a flight at FLL The bed and sheets were clean. The shower was clean but the water flow was not good. And the smell in the hotel is weird. It was very basic for the price charged.

Cancelled reservation without attempting contact.

Attempted to check in about 10pm to find that my reservation had been canceled by the manager because supposedly there was a problem with my card that I used to make the reservation. Also said that they attempted to contact me ‘multiple’ times that afternoon. To top it off, they said they were full now after cancelling my reservation. The front desk clerk was rude and dismissive during the brief conversation. Weird; my phone never rang once and I utilized the same card to pay for a more expensive, better room within 5 minutes after leaving there. I did jump back on the app and would have been able to get a room there using hotels.com, but I wasn’t about to give them any business after that fiasco.
