This was a very disgusting location to stay. The room was dirty, mattress was stained, mouse turd in my bed, just gross! We had no other options so had to stay there. Very shady neighborhood. Loud. Pool was dirty. DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION!!!

I’d like to provide some candid feedback on my check-in experience around 9 PM with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, it was not a positive interaction. When I asked about the higher incidental hold compared to other hotels, the staff member dismissively suggested that if I wanted a lower hold, I should go elsewhere. When I mentioned I’d report the interaction, she made it clear she didn’t care and even asked if I wanted her name, knowing she was the only one on duty. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior leaves a very poor impression of the hotel’s service. I’ll be sharing this experience with others so they know what to expect when it comes to customer service here. I hope this feedback helps improve guest experiences in the future.

Shuttle phone line disconnects after 30 seconds if they put you on hold FYI. Happened multiple times and not worth calling - just call the hotel directly. Facilities need an upgrade, elevator is SLOW and scratched to heck, breakfast is basically a waffle, toast, and prepacked yogurt. Pool is outdoors and pretty decent. Staff is super friendly however!

Or room had bugs come out all over as soon as the lights were out. Found them scattering in the room & bathroom in the middle of the night. I told the front desk in the am, (the hotel was full) and they offered a 15% discount. Will not stay again.
