The receptionist didn’t greet us and hardly saw our faces, when asked how she was doing ….her response….. Fgresjkyn i guess. ( first words i did not understand) Housekeeping girls working with socks only, is that a new trend in hospitality? Just one girl was very customer service oriented. The breakfast, the room and the facilities in general were very good.

Overall very good, only complaints are:1. smells like you have a small natural gas leak out by the grills in the pool area, didn't seem too terrible so didn't report to anyone, 2. We had just gone on our first cruise and had no idea what time we would be off the ship, and it turns out, very early! I had called ahead inquiring about an early check in thinking it would be around noon or so, and they mentioned you have to check on the day you're scheduled to arrive. Well turns out I think we got in around 9:30-10:00 am which was a surprise to us all and we inquired about early check in and they told us none was available. That's fine, they were more than accommodating allowing us to sit by the pool for awhile and wait in the lobby area. However, knowing that two parties were waiting to check in, I was a little surprised that our room wasn't ready until 2:30-2:45ish when normal check in time was 3:00. That's not necessarily a bad thing since check in time was 3 and we knew that, but we waited 4+ hours. Otherwise room was very nice, beds were comfy, staff was polite. Overall very good. Thank you.

The room was spotless, but one of the kitchen staff was not cooperative.i dont eat certain meat, when ask what type of meat it was ,their reply was they dont know. What kind of cook dont know what they are cooking. Just ridiculous!!!

First was not happy about shuttle service from airport. Was told about an hour wait, maybe longer. Ended up taking an Uber. Was there in about 25 min. The room was clean and spacious, but did notice a pet odor which was strong at times. Nice breakfast buffet, usually food selections.

The staff was rude, non helpfull. I booked two queen beds and was put in a one queen room. The room was so dirty, i decided not to even stay there. I wasnt offerered any remedie or presented other options. I will never use your hotel again unless an attempt is made to make me whole. Absolutely horrible staff and experience. I was actually laughed at me openly, as if it pleased the staff i was having this experience.

The room was excellent for our family of 7adults. Big room with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms. Delicious breakfast, with lots of variety. Front desk was friendly and let us store luggage while waiting for room, got off cruise early. Walking distance to Wendy's. Only small negative thing was rugs would need washing. But overall Great , would definitely stay again.
