This is a small hotel that is more like hving yiur own small apartment. One thing that is very important to note is the office (check in) is NOT open 24/7. I was able to communicate with the owner to make sure They would be there when i arrived and didnt have any issues. However other guests showed up after hours and did not have such luck. I would go back and probably would t of left if i didnt have too. THANK YOU WILL AND STAFF FOR EVERYTHING. I ENJOYED MY STAY!

Ceux qui ont noter cette endroit a 10 sur 10 le propriétaire vous a payer cest certain. Vieux motel a mettre a terre tellement besoin de rénovation. Lit craque juste a respirer. Pas de prises dans la cuisine. Chambre de bain affreuse trou dans les portes. Frigo date de 1970. Le bain et robinet tout croche . Ceramique affreuse et moisi. Calking absent. Peinture de 20 ans etc...check inn dans le cabanon . Frais de parking et trop petit. A fuir... pas capable d'afficher les photos . Que hotel.com me contact pour leur donner. Merci

Property was located 100 ft from the Hollywood Beach broadwalk. Check in was quick and easy. Will connected by text and was easily reachable. Spacious room and with full kitchen. Wonderful week long stay.

Amazing location, owner is awesome.. once they rehab the property, it will be a lot better. Very small but serves the purpose if you need a place to simply sleep so you can sleep in wake up and walk out you door and take about 50 steps and you are at the beach and the strip of restaurants..

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money

This hotel is in serious need of upgrades. Most of the facilities are in terrible condition, and it feels rundown. The AC filters were dirty, which affected the air quality, and one of the windows in our unit wouldn’t close completely, letting in constant noise from the surroundings. On top of that, the parking fees are absurdly high. If you’re staying for more than four days, you’re better off getting a city parking pass instead. Considering the high price of this hotel, the overall experience was not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

They are very dishonest folk. I booked a comfort studio which promised a king bed & a twin sofa; only to be issued a tiny room w/a queen bed only. This non refundable reservation meant he baited & switch me for what I paid for. The manager/owner didn’t even have the decency to apologize & compensate me when I complained. Very mean rude & no lack of humanity left in that man. Never again. Stay away!

I didn’t like the false advertisement for the property, me nor my guest wasn’t able to shower nor sleep comfortably. The bathroom tub was rusty and dirty and not draining water properly only thing new in the bathroom was the toilet. Due to not being able to shower or sleep in a comfortable bed although I came into town to celebrate my 40th birthday I had to cut my trip short and go home. I was told I was gonna get my full refund but the owner has been dodging my phone calls so no one answers the phone all you get is the answering machine.

Very nice location, beach and restaurants are just really 1-2 mins walking, the rooms needs a little love and maintenance, parking is safe and dealing with Will was a pleasure. other than that we had a good time.
