The room was very clean. I was able to be in touch with the owner via text. Any problems that arose (circuit breaker outage, sink "stopper" stuck closed) were addressed immediately. The room was very simple. Although it sleeps two, I think it would be more comfortable for one.I think it is best for someone that just needs the room as a place to get dressed and sleep. That is all I needed, so it was perfect for me.I would definitely stay here again

The perfect place!

I stayed here for the Miami GP weekend and it was the perfect place for someone who won’t be spending much time but really just needs a place to sleep and get ready! I was out and about for most of my stay but it was a perfect spot to come back to. There was some noise as it’s a room attached the house so you could hear the family but it was no issue and there’s a private entrance. The host was delightful and was very accommodating with early check in and late check out! If I come back for the GP next year, I will definitely be staying again!

Everything was great about the property. The owner was very nice and provided us with a warm welcome and anything that we needed for the stay. For the price the property was amazing. There was only one issue with the stay and it was the shower. The shower could not maintain hot or cold temperatures and would go from hot to cold after a few minutes. Everything was great, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you so much for having us, and we most likely will look again to stay.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and the space was perfect for our needs. The owners are friendly and communicative. I loved the patio space with all of the plants in the yard!

We stayed 2 nights on the way to the cruise ship.Very clean and convenient place within 30-40 minutes drive to the popular places. Lovely outdoors garden for morning coffee. Comfortable bed. Peaceful and quiet. Very small space. Missing a coffee maker. Very easy check in and out. Convenient parking. Safe.

Great place to stay

Was in town for two concerts over the weekend and it was a great place to stay if you are looking for a nice place to just sleep mainly while you are on vacation. Not a ton of luxuries but the bed was comfy and ac works great and bathrooms was nice.

Beautiful property! Never really met the owner. Only her daughter. Bed is SMALL maybe full size. Not really big enough for 2 adults but we managed. It was comfortable though. Towards the end of the stay we started seeing ants in the bathroom sink and in our suitcases. Bathroom rug is very dirty.

The stay went well. Great instructions from the host and the room is as depicted. Nice tv and bed. Full size fridge. The room was a little bit stuffy and the refrigerator or something made a bit of noise. The walls are a bit then too so you can here alot of whats going on outside. Could use an air freshner.It was clean though. I dont prefer how the storage for the plates and glasses where stored in a closet in the bathroom but it is convient for the space and better to have those items than notThe same closet was where you could hang some clothing (not much space) which idk how i feel about dishes and clothes in the same space but again its convient for the space.Overall they did what they could to fit the basic appliances in the room. I appreciate the effort.
