Nice stay for our family of 6. Played pickle ball and used the pool daily. Lots of seashells and dolphins from the beach. Sanibel is a nice break from the built up parts of Florida. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Bike paths from sanibel to captiva. Would stay again.

Room was clean and well stocked with towels etc. Kitchen had the necessary tools to fix meals. The sliding glass doors open on to a screened in porch with a view of the beach. found the bed to be uncomfortable and worn out and should be replaced. Overall, I would recommend Casa Ybel on Sanibel.

Casa Ybel lost all of the charm it had from many years ago. It looks like a run of the mill time share property with zero character. No signage present for checking in. No one answering repeated phone calls at 6pm for help with directions. Way over priced for the condition of the rooms and to charge extra daily for a cheap umbrella and two chairs? Not worth it. Consider other properties that value customer service in this price range.
