The master bedroom and two guest bedrooms are on the highest level, along with the guest bathroom and laundry area. The ensuite master bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanity, and separate walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The townhome is perfect for family and friends looking to escape to paradise with the comfort of resort style amenities.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee for Paseo is: $100 online application fee
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
