2.5 blocks to the beautiful Lake Michigan beach. 20 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes. A couple miles from Crystal Lake. Located in the historic district of Frankfort, just 1 block from downtown Frankfort.
Victorian-style homes located all around the area. Quiet and pleasant. Good Morning America voted Frankfort the #1 resort town in America. 2 BR, 1 BA. 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds.
All new appliances, including stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, new cabinets and countertops, and new carpeting. A/C, ceiling fans, and heating all work great!
No kids under 12. 4 people max, no pets, no smokers.

Nice new apartment in residential area only a few blocke from downtown and the beach. Arrival was awkward as the owner (nice lady who lives in the house at front of property) was not expecting us. I recommend frequent communication with the owner before arrival and reminders how long you'll be staying

The key wasn't there, we got in but someone else had the key. A little unsettling. The apartment was beautiful, but we didn't have TV or internet most of the time. We knew it was going to be rainy, so planned movies. Couldn't do that. And the owner was not good with technology or communication. We planned a girls weekend and we had it, but it was not a planned and could have been great! Would suggest finding someone who is familiar with technology to help the owner.

Delightful stay exceeded expectations

This apartment above a double garage was exceptionally well designed and built. It was so clean and even smelled like new paint and carpet. All appliances were high end Samsung--refrigerator with Alexa panel on the door, glass top range with double oven including an air fryer. Beautiful cabinets and island have granite countertops. AC can be controlled by room.

In Town, walking distance to everything.

Great property!

Very nice, new construction apartment with plenty of privacy and very close to down town. The host was fantastic, called and messaged many times to make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything. Only negative was that the listing showed the physical location backing up to the water/beach, but this property is multiple blocks away. Still a great place and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks!

The apartment was so nice. It’s location can’t be beat, a short walk to the beach or to town. Margie was very accommodating and easy to speak with. We are planning on staying at her place again.
