This evening, when I arrived at my room, there was a large group of Mexicans playing loud music and riding skateboards in the parking lot. Doesn’t always feel safe.

Got there after hours waited about 25mins after ringing and calling multiple times finally answered she looked upset at time i chdcked in. Pool not in service since last year no breakfast or vending or drinks available.

The bed and pillows were hard as a rock, the sheets and blankets were very itchy my husband would smoke outside since we had a non smoking room but other guests would give him dirty looks for smoking outside like he was told to.

The lobby was closed, we paid through a window where communication was poor and the lady seemed to be annoyed when asking for a receipt. Our room was not cleaned, the beds were not made, but the process to switch rooms was straightforward.

This property is nothing like seen in pics. They really need to update their profile. Place is so outdated that the roof looks like is about to fall. All around the place is dirty, like management don’t really care about the appearance at all. I believe the owners live there as well since I noticed them sleeping and doing all house chores there. So, overall that place needs. A whole new renovation.

Roach infestation Hotel

Absolutely terrible place when I reserve the room, it said that there was a pool available and also had a nice picture of the pool when we got there. The pool was completely shut down and it wasn’t open at all. There was a child running around probably age 5 or six without a parent screaming there was a lot of people in and out of the rooms. It looked like a very unsafe place as soon as I got in the room, my daughter noticed that there was a bunch of bugs in the restroom so I went to look, and it was a bunch of cockroaches. I instantly left .
