2/26/26 It sucked tv didnt work over half day, I have disabilities n askd n hollered at 5:40am for man at front desk help open front sliding doors, he never responds, I have askd b4 if he had carrier cause to carry my breakfast last time i stayed same man could careless, hes never friendly! O back to the tv I went up to ask when tv back on n no answer I askd for compensation to front mgr Angie n she responds things happen Regina, so it was like no big deal to accomodate anything, I still think I should be compensated for now full use of my room!!! Then it seems careless in staff to not address people with disabilities struggles, not 1time hav I been askd by mgt if I need help with luggage or anything! The only staff that has offered to help carrying breakfast was Linda ( maid) n Adrian is always helpful Great person! Anyone else never says can we help or are you ok we can assist!
