The gentleman checking us in was amazing. Very friendly very polite .lobby looked very nice. The room was not the cleanest had a few things of dirt in the corner of the room. Some other things that made us wonder if the room had been cleaned. The beds were hard as a brick. I felt what I paid for the room was excessive for the condition that it was in , on the upside. It was a quieter area.

Management was hard to reach. Even expedia tried to reach them after the first day there was unsuccessful. The room that was originally given to me was extremely dirty. The fridge waa filthy, the shower wouldn't even drain water very quickly. There was hair still on the walla on the tub. For the price od the room, it wasn't worth the stay. After many attempts, i was finally moved to another room for the rest of ny stay.

The location was perfect, but the room needs a remodel it smelled like old cigarette smoke. And when I was checking out the front desk individual acts. Could he check out the room before I leave because I’m using a third-party to book. I felt like that was kind of disrespectful which I wouldn’t of mind, but I’ve never experienced or have been asked anytime I have stayed experienced or a hotel.

The staff were friendly and provided an exceptional level of customer service. We ran into a minor issue and they resolved the issue quickly and made our entire stay pleasant. They provided a higher level of customer service than some fancier hotels we've stayed in. Highly recommend staying here.

The room was overall clean. My only complaint was the shower backed up with water during the shower and it had some hair in it (not mine). The room had a musty smell - like people had smoked in it (even though it is a non smoking room). The smell could have been coming from the AC. The breakfast was great. Nothing fancy, but I appreciated the variety and the hot options. They kept it well stocked. The staff was very professional.

Definitely, this is a hotel I would never return to. The hotel is in poor condition. The room had mold and a strong musty odor. When my family and I arrived and opened the door, there was a very strong smell of bleach mixed with dampness. We had to leave the door open for a while for that strong smell to dissipate. Under the beds was very dirty. The breakfast was terrible. They don't serve eggs. We arrived at the start of breakfast hours, and they only had the waffle maker, sausage, some cereal, apples, and coffee. "Hot Breakfast" is defined as eggs and bacon or sausage. They did not have this. They had cereal, bread, fruit, and the waffle maker. We will never return to this dirty hotel with such poor service. I do not recommend it.
