Room was clean, fairly updated, and as advertised. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Pool and pool area was spacious, heated, and kids had a blast. Would stay again.

The room smelled of bleach and the metal in the room was rusted. The bleach was so bad we had to check out. They offered another room but after the first one I just didn’t want to risk my health I have asthma bad. The pool was open until a certain time then the adults had it. Don’t really know about that and our room was right in front of the swimming pool. They should had refused us, no money is worth risking your health. Lesson learned stay with what you know when you are traveling.

Hotel wasnt bad a bit outdated. Staff was nice and freindly. Been better if they had washer and dyers for guest to use instead of having to leave property. You do hear alot of noise in your room from other guest and outside noise due to the old windows and slider door.

We had a room in the 3rd floor. Located at the back of the hotel ( right outside the door by the pool). Overall very clean and daily room service ( beds made & new towels). Located a couple blocks up from parkway! Trolly stops right out front on a schedule! Very friendly staff! This is an older hotel with updates.

The whole experience was fun and stress-free. Check-in was simple, checkout just as well, the pool was very clean and fun! Restaurant was nice for the night we didn't want to go out. Will definitely stay again.

Apart from the bathroom, the room was clean. The bathroom door lock didn't work and the shower curtain was short, and that's why there was a gap between the curtain and the tub and that caused water to spill out on the bathroom floor. The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful . The front desk area had a good ambience. The restaurant on the property was excellent and polite staff and servers. Food was delicious!
