Good location, friendly reception staff. Room was very small, partly maybe because the bathroom was for disabled persons and therefore bigger. No entry to the balcony but there were a lot of cigarette butts and it looked dirty. Efficient aircon, pretty good bed. TV had only Italian channels. Good breakfast with lot of choices.

Good location, very near to the main station and Metro access. It’s still walkable to the historical center of the Genova City. Only 5 minutes to the main Place. Breakfast is good and a lot of choice. The people who are working are so nice and helpful. That is important now a days because a lot of apartment hotels without the reception and human being. This Hotel has a great human being to help you!! Big advantage!!

We stayed for two nights to explore the city and use the train station 100 meters away to travel to Cinque Terra & take a boat tour to Porto Fino. This city has unbelievable food! The staff were amazing at recommending excellent restaurants and were very knowledgeable & friendly. A big thank you to Lorenzo and this colleagues. Great place!!
