Perfect stay in Genoa
Posted Apr. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayAccommodation is outstanding. Fabulous location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Full equipped kitchen. Stylish ambiance in an older well maintained house. Very quiet “non-tourist” neighborhood.

Great except check-in

Our only qualm was that we had to wait for 40 minutes after the designated meet-up time for the check-in. I messaged Simone on the Vrbo app to see if everything was okay, but only managed to get ahold of him after calling him on WhatsApp.
There was also some confusion about the clean-up and check-out process because the Vrbo page was different than his oral instructions at check-in.

Posted Oct. 29, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property was nice and clean. Location a good mile plus walk tp points pf interest but ok since we are walkers. Lots of difficulty with washer and tv due to lack of detailed instructions in English.

Lovely city apartment
Posted Oct. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayWe had a great time in Genoa. The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The area was lovely and it was easy to get into town and to the train station on the bus/metro. We really liked the neighbourhood, there was a playpark a short walk away the kids loved. Would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Genoa.

Posted May 25, 2022 on HomeAwayHonestly, it was fantastic. I kept thinking 'what is the catch?' but there wasn't one! It was spacious, affordable, near shops, clean, and the host was very friendly. It had everything I could want from a holiday space. Thank you!

Perfect Place!
Posted Jul. 10, 2019 on HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! Simone met us personally to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had. He was always easily reached and answered promptly if we had any other questions during our stay. The apartment was so cute! It was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen/sitting area was bright with two lovely windows overlooking a green area. The two bedrooms were a very nice size as was the bathroom. Shops , restaurants, and a market were all within a short walk as was a bus that could easily take you to a larger shopping area and old town. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat!
