Nice and bright studio apartment located in the heart of the Old Port of Genoa in a pedestrian area, with large panoramic windows overlooking the pier. The apartment is only 300m from the Darsena underground and 800m from the Piazza Principe railway station. The Aquarium of Genoa is very close, reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The museums of Via Garibaldi and the Royal Palace are also easily accessible, as well as the Zecca-Righi funicular that leads to the Righi hill, from where you can enjoy the view!

The 40sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with lift and consists of a single room with dining area and sleeping area.
The kitchenette includes a kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave.
The sleeping area has a double bed and a pouf that turns into a single bed.
The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower cubicle accessible by a step.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

The apartment is located in a completely refurbished port area with suggestive glimpses of extraordinary beauty. Crushed between the Apennines and the Ligurian Sea, Genoa is full of shops and characteristic places to eat, Ligurian and ethnic cuisine. Near the house we recommend the "Il Brigantino" restaurant, the "Il Fornaio" focacceria which produces delicious Ligurian pizzas and focaccias, and the Sen Sushi restaurant with Japanese cuisine.
