Elegant recently renovated apartment, in a quiet area halfway between the centre of Genoa and the beautiful Ligurian coast.



The apartment, located on the first floor without a lift, opens onto a corridor leading to the spacious living area, made bright thanks to light-coloured furnishings and French doors giving access to the balcony. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a television and a dining table, as well as a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, one of which has a desk, perfect for working from home.

The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub.
