So upsetting I traveled 5hrs away for my kids could go swimming and paid so much for they would say the pool closes at 6pm like why and didn’t care to fix the problem so never again

While the Hotel is very nice the Monarch Chop House was the worst food for way too much money. We had wage steak that tasted more like burnt pork skins. @ $35 an ounce got a 4 ounce that we didn’t finish. And the wait staff never even asked if it was ok. 4 slices for $144 What a rip off. All hype and would rather have rather eaten from a street vendor. Don’t waste your time or money thinking it will be good. Most disappointing meal and made us both have stomach cramps. Montezuma's revenge was not what we expected but was what we got. Tables and slots are nice and staff is friendly. Have eaten at the 24 hr restaurant and it’s food is much better

The hotel itself is a beautiful hotel. It's very popular, for that reason, the casino is also busy, especially during evening hours. The casino slots are hard to find any available ones to choose from. Hard to get a drink during those same evening hours. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool area was clean.
