I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of the breakfast. The appearance was great. The water was hot the fist few day but by then of the stay it was just warm. Regardless I will stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for the following reasons: clean room, staff helpful, service was efficient overall. Example: i had no hot water one morning, with in minutes someone was in my room to help. The only thing I will recommend is for house keeping to leave at least 4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

The only issue we have is that as business visitors we need to have a room with a photo copy/fax machine while staying at the hotel. We tried to get some help but was unsuccessful with a simple task which we were willing to pay for. One of the front desk staff was very unhelpful, unprofessional, uninformed and somewhat rude. She needs to be retrained as to what proper customer service is all about.

I did not use the casino. Outside of that, this hotel is the best-kept secret around town. It is 21st. century with technology, convenience, efficiency, and cleanliness. Did I mention state-of-the-art gym and the other health amenities (spa etc.) I highly recommend it, especially for the price.
