"The towels, bathroom, and sheets were clean, but the room was kind of old looking and dirty. The floors were not clean and the couch in the sitting area of my room had dog hair all over it. The outlets in the wall were too loose to hold my chargers and some of them, including the lamps did not even work. The breakfast with mediocre at best. The overall cleanliness of the hotel from the lobby to my room was dirty and busted looking. I was traveling by myself so it wasn’t that big of a deal, but I would never bring my family to stay there."

If not for her, we would not have had the stay that we did, celebrating my mother's birthday. Her attention to us as guests, the follow up and her kindness was above and beyond. She was amazing."
