Escape to this newly constructed (2022) house in Glen Arbor, just a stroll from downtown! Enjoy a quiet, private retreat featuring a gourmet kitchen, luxurious master suite, and a hot tub. Relax by the outdoor fire pit and dining area, or have fun in the lower-level game room with a pool table. Perfect for families and groups seeking a memorable getaway.



The Space:

The house offers ample space for a large group, ensuring everyone has room to relax and unwind. The master suite features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. On the main floor, a queen-size bedroom has convenient access to the hallway bathroom. The lower level includes a queen-size bedroom and a bunk room, which includes full-size bunk beds and a full-size trundle bed. A full bathroom is also located on the lower level.

The house was very clean. Soaps and paper products provided were very much appreciated. A second hairdryer would have been nice. The kitchen was well stocked. However, could have used some smaller “storage” bowls. The main floor living area was large and our big group was able to gather around the table for eating and games. The property had many offerings and something for everyone. We had a great time!

Great setting for family base and memories

We ate breakfast and dinner at home around a table seating all 9 of us. Area is awesome for activities. Or if you want to stay home, great place to relax. Bon fires at night and grilled dinners together with the grill and beautiful kitchen dishes. Great kitchen. We traveled with our dog and it was great. We will book again.

We felt so at home in the Blue Dune. The space was perfect for our family get away with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room to spread out with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at this house and we loved it just as much. It’s a beautiful home in the perfect Glen Arbor location. It’s clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and perfect for a group. We will be back again!

Blue Dune is a beautiful, well-made, well-designed home that is clean and well-appointed. It is 3/4 mile from downtown Glen Arbor and maybe 100 yards from Big Glen. Communication with the property managers was easy and prompt. It's one of the best home rentals we've experienced.

Definitely a return destination

The house was gorgeous! Everything you could need and more. Glen Arbor is beautiful! Only “complaint” is that it is not really walkable to town. Very busy, main roads. But actually it was ok because it was a little chilly so we drove everywhere.

Glen Arbor get away

Robin and Brooke were excellent communicators. I had several questions during the booking process and during our stay that were answered promptly and included very helpful responses. The house is lovely and was a perfect location to explore the area. Our family really enjoyed using the kayaks provided and we really appreciated that the house rules allowed us to bring our dog. The game room downstairs was a popular feature during a rainy afternoon. The fire pit area was a favorite feature of the property! We really enjoyed our stay! Great house, great times!

House was clean, well maintained and centrally located. Host was responsive to minor needs or questions during our stay. Our only request would be that listing description better reflect proximity and access to Glen Lake as the private drive is not a through street as it appears on the map. Surrounding roads are walkable but busy so walking with kayaks to marina or to town with small children was less feasible than expected. Despite this, we would gladly stay again!

Must stay home in Glen Arbor!

Beautiful house with tons of games and space to play and cook. Great amenities and super close to downtown and Glen Lake. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. It was perfect for 8 adults.

Beautiful property close to town

Our family stayed at this fantastic property over fall break. The house is beautifully designed and has all of the amenities. The kids loved the fire pit and making s’mores. It’s a short walk into town. We will definitely return.

Great stay for a quick getaway

Beautiful new construction just a short walk from Glen Arbor and Glen Lake. Came here for a long weekend golf trip and had a wonderful time. House was new, everything was clean and updated. Though it isn't right on the water, it is a short walk to Glen Lake and also very close to town - love that it was more secluded than most rentals in the area.

Family Labor Day Trip 2023

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The family enjoyed the weekend and the house was perfect! We were even able to bring our puppy for his first Up North trip. The check in process was easy and we were very comfortable during out stay. Hoping to stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation to Glen Arbor

We had a great week in Glen Arbor. The house is decorated in very soothing colors and is lovely. It accomodates a family group allowing for everyone to spread out or to be together. We loved that the dining room table was large enough for everyone to sit at it. Time in the yard in the evening or game time in the house made for great family time.

Great home in Glen Arbor

Beautiful new construction home located .6 miles from downtown Glen Arbor! So much room, we could have had more stay with us. Beautiful furnishings and it had everything we needed! Niel was so helpful when we were having issues with the garage door and popped over right away to help us. Great communication!
