"This property would likely have scored a 5 star rating, except for the check-in. When we arrived, the check-in at the front desk went very smoothly. However, when we hauled all of our luggage to our assigned room on the 5th floor, the room had not been serviced - the bed was messed up, there were towels on the bathroom floor, someone had left their glasses case on the nightstand, etc. So, I returned to reception and had to show pictures of the room to the reception person to prove my case, and were then given a different room. After that snafu, the property was great. The room was spacious, the bed was great, the bathroom was very nice, and best of all, it had been cleaned. We had dinner at their Collage restaurant, which was very good. Thus, their opening wasn't great, but they finished well."
