The room wasnt very clean, it had stink bugs inside, the tissues, toilet paper were almost out the day we arrived. There was a smell of weed the whole time we were there, lobby,hallway everything. Room service was cleaning the day we were checking out and didnt knock just came in…check out is at 11 they were wanting to clean it at 8:45 and again at 9:15. The remote control wasnt working. It didnt feel very clean.

Check in person was friendly and very chatty to the person ahead of us and then to us; the friendliness was great, the standing in line with our luggage while she chatted away was not. A second person was behind the counter but did not help us, speak to us, or apologize for the wait. The room and the whole facility were clean and bright; everything was functional. Linens were fresh and beds comfortable.

Run from this property. The woman who works at the front desk is not only rude, but extremely condescending. She is treating guest like they are criminals. I’ve had a bad customer experience over the years, but this employees interactions are the worst I’ve ever observed and personally experienced.

They lost my reservation, staff was no help. She couldn't be bothered from her phone conversation she had going with friends. She just told me contact 3rd party. I finally hot ahold of someone at hotels.com chat. He called her and she said no reservation. So i left and drove 4 hours home. Will never use Quality Inn again. Not sure if i will use hotels.com again either. Could not get a live person on phone. Call the number and just prompts that are no help. Kept sending me confirmation over and over by email. Woman behind counter said no reservation. It was a long 4 hour ride home.
