"The home was spacious and lovely. A great location. The section of Punta Mita that it is in has its own smaller beach club, massage therapist available, and hot tub. That is in addition to the unit’s pool in the backyard. Full access to the other beach clubs and golf, and tennis, but not fitness center-need to pay a fee. The golf cart with the unit was fabulous! We enjoyed the personal chef for breakfasts for a small fee. Really nice! The Consiege helped booked restaurant reservations for dinner, which was nice since it was our first time there and more crowded during the holidays. The communication was rough between the host on VRBO and the Consiege the week before our trip. We were not informed we had to give information to the Consiege ahead of the trip to get access cards, which wasn’t explained there, so we had no clue when her emails went to our spam account. Our access cards took a couple days/ delayed to get because of this. Also, the food items the Consiege picked up for us were extremely expensive compared to just going to the store. We didn't get any receipts for food from the store. On the checkout bill, there was a line item for groceries all together at the end of the trip. Also, the Consiege had purchased a lot of food for the chef on the day before we left, which got wasted and we paid for. Poor planning. We would have asked for a receipt per grocery trip next time or just picked up our own groceries at the markets which are easy to go to. "

"We had an amazing one week stay at Palma Azul! Daniella was so responsive to all my questions about the area and responded in minutes. The condo was perfect, clean, spacious and felt like a quiet getaway from the beach clubs. The pool was perfect and relaxing. We drove the golf cart to beach clubs and also into town and felt safe. The town is authentic and welcoming, highly recommend. The chefs hat Daniella suggested also coooked for us in the condo 2 nights and were delicious and beyond what we expected. 5 stars and the cleaners were amazing too. One cleaner was even bleaching all my boys socks for me and putting in the sun to dry. Everyone went above and beyond. My 11 year old used the bunk room. It’s tiny and perfect for kids with it’s own small bathroom. The other 2 rooms are very spacious and great bathrooms/storgae. Laundry on site and a stocked kitchen made everything very easy. We will be back "

"The house was even better than pictures! The staff was so accommodating, friendly and the food was amazing. The rooms and beds were so comfortable and plenty of room to spread out or all be together. We loved the view and whale watching. My family said it was the best vacation they had ever been on!"
