The Location & Community

Big Bass Lake is a Gold Star private, family-friendly community known for its pristine lakes, scenic trails, and year-round recreation. For a small per-person fee, guests can access resort-style amenities including three lakes with beaches, boat and kayak rentals, fishing, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, kids’ splash pad, sport courts, playgrounds, and a restaurant. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, it’s an ideal spot for nature and water lovers alike.

Amenity Passes & Fees

• Weekly Pass: $30 (non-holiday) / $50 (holiday week) per person
• Daily Pass: $8 weekday (non-holiday) / $10 weekend or holiday

Gourmet Kitchen & General Amenities:

Fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking essentials (pots/pans/utensils/salt & pepper). The home includes all linens/towels, washer/dryer, heating, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron/board, and basic supplies for convenience.

Pets & Parking:

Accommodations include a dog bed and bowls for your furry friends. Ample free driveway parking is available (6 vehicles capacity).

Check-In & Community Access
You’ll enjoy smooth, keyless entry with a digital keypad. To access the community, the HOA requires a guest list in advance. Once booked, I’ll send a quick form to collect names, vehicle info, and your dates — this allows the security gate to welcome you without delay. Everyone entering the community (including visitors) must be on the list, but changes are easy to make with my help.
