Nice area. Cleaning carts prevented getting luggage carts from passing both coming and going. Desk clerk offered minimal information on how to park and how to get luggage to room. Facility itself was OK.

You get what you pay for

The faucet on the sink was about to fall off, the main electrical wires for the air conditioner were sticking out the bottom of the air conditioner on the floor, where you could step on the twisties that hold the wires together. The card reader for the stairs did not work, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Not a bad stay

It was good for a lower budget motel. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. The pool was drained, thankfully it’s spring and cold enough out that we hadn’t planned on using it anyways. Breakfast was basic but good. My main issue was, despite being chilly out, the room got very warm and the ac unit didn’t work very well. We had to turn it as low as it would go to get the room even somewhat cooled off. This could be an issue in warmer months. The bed was super soft and comfortable…best motel mattress I’ve come across in a long time.

Like all the other reviews, there are issues with the room key cards. They don't work most of the time. They also assigned our room to someone else and they tried coming in to the room in the middle of the night.

The property was nice easy check in and out. Had a good breakfast. The first night are room was really good. Then a couple nights later came back it wasn't as nice but it was ok. It's recommended it over all.

The rooms are quiet and the building appears to be very safe and in a good location. There are plenty of options for dining withing a couple of blocks. Because of road construction, the only way you can cross the street is to backtrack to the nearest traffic light and cross in two directions in order to simply cross the street. (lots of traffic and it is a wide road so it is safest to use the crosswalk) Breakfast was fine (hot and cold options) with generous hours (6 am - 10 am)! It appears many of the rooms are in the process of being updated. Overall, it was a good stay in a convenient location to NAU, shops and restaurants.
