INSIDE THE HOME
Starboard Quarters is an end unit in the historic Harbourfront Condominium building and it spans three floors. On the first floor, you will find the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Head up the stairs and you will be welcomed into the beautiful kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is a large slider that leads out to wrap around deck. The third floor features the living quarters and one full bathroom. The condo is equipped with SONOS speakers for your enjoyment as well.

OUTDOOR SPACE
This end condo features not one, but two spacious decks. One deck is a large wrap-around, perfect for relaxing and grilling. The upper deck is right off the master bedroom and has a high-top dining table for 6. These decks are great for watching the nightly musical fountain show and holiday fireworks!

PARKING
You won't have to worry about finding a parking spot as there is a 1 stall attached garage and 2 additional parking spaces outside the garage.

SLEEPING
This condo sleeps 6. All bed and bath linens are provided.

Living room: King sofa sleeper (NEW!)

EATING
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, dinnerware, drinkware, a Keurig, and more. There are three bar stools at the breakfast bar for a quick bite to eat and the dining table has room for 6. Or take your feast to one of the decks and take a load off.

THE LOCATION
The farmers market, miniature golf, clothing shops, ice cream, charter fishing, fish cleaning station, a playground, and the splash pad are all across the street at Chinook Pier.
Downtown Grand Haven is two blocks away. If you're in the mood for great boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, that's the place to be!
You can walk or bike the boardwalk down the channel to the beach to catch a sunset. The beach is only a mile away, but if you don't want to walk or bike, catch a ride on Grand Haven's trolley! It will pick you up right at Chinook Pier.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund
- Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.
