Grand Haven

The property was excellent, great location and amenities. Everything we needed (linens, towels, pot, pans) were all provided and in great condition. The checkin/ checkout process were very easy and not overly burdensome like some rentals are. The beach was a 5 minute walk, town close by and tons of places to get food and good playgrounds for the kids. Can’t say enough good things.

Amazing Place to Stay, Management Company Not Good

This property is absolutely beautiful! Great location, very modern, clean, updated. Plenty of parking, easy to get in, very safe area. This home had everything we needed to host ourselves and a 2 employees while we were working in the area. The only bad part was the management company handling the property. We booked for 17 days. When we tried to contact them to extend our stay 2 weeks, it took 2 calls/vm and a couple texts on the app to finally get ahold of someone. The rep called me back at 8:30pm! I could barely understand her, and she was on a recorded line so all I could here was the random beep in the background. She asked if I wanted to extend my stay, I said yes, she said "ok, I will note the account, please call back when you have decided" and hung up! I thought I had already decided. Then another rep texted me on the app asking if I wanted to extend 2 more weeks. I said yes and got no confirmation. Then another rep called me back and said we could extend for 2 more weeks but they were going to raise our rate $100 a night! Seriously, we are asking to stay for over a month (during off season) and you are going to raise the rate? I agreed to stay for one more week but then go elsewhere due to the price increase. They just said "Thank you" and hung up! Then I got another call from another rep to confirm yet again that we were continuing our stay. I said yes. Then I got another message in the app asking me to again confirm!!! Horrible management team!
