Condo was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location to downtown. Fred was responsive to small issues. If you have difficulty with stairs, there are two flights to the upper bedrooms. Beds in both upper bedrooms are very soft. If you require a firm mattress, this will be a concern.

Excellent location to town, restaurants and beach. Unfortunately, being in the middle of the action resulted in substantially loud road noise. Hubby took hearing aids, so didn't hear a thing! The condo was clean and well stocked.

This condo lived up to the listing as advertised, and was of high quality and cleanliness. They anticipate your needs well by providing you the tools and accessories for a comfortable and stress-free stay, and then some! An easy walk to downtown and/or the waterfront is a bonus.

Loved the Beachy Vibe!

This condo was a perfect location for our family weekend getaway. Beds were SO comfortable! It was awesome being able to walk to the beach or to the social district for food/beverages. The kiddos loved zooming along the boardwalk on their scooters.

Beautiful Grand Haven property

This townhouse is immaculately kept fully stocked with linens and kitchen supplies even with coffee and sugar so thoughtfully provided! The beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of space. Porch is even screened in, which was delightful since the weather was so nice!! The king bedrooms were perfect for the adults and the twin over full bunk beds on the first floor were perfect for kids. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The location is a short walk (a few blocks) from downtown restaurants, and there was even a small town playground half a block from the house. Surroundings were quiet at night for sleep. I would definitely stay here again, the setup was ideal. Fred is a very responsive and excellent host. Check in and check out were very smooth. We loved our stay!

Long weekend stay

The property was very clean and the host very communicative. The only negative was there was a lot of traffic noise on Jackson Street. The location was within a few blocks of downtown Grand Haven, but fairly long walk to the beach. Overall a very nice stay.
