Only issue was the lack of communication when it came to parking. There is a parking garage connected to the back of the hotel but upon check in we were not informed. We were told we could unload in front then we would have to find parking which was helpful but we ended up finding a parking garage 3 blocks away. But room was nice and clean, no complaints there.
Very nice hotel but inconvenient parking, we witnessed someone drunkenly hit several cars in the attached parking garage (which is not technically associated with the hotel, but is the most convenient location. And the parking was very expensive
We were in town one night for a concert. Check in was quick and friendly, Attached parking was expensive, but that's the city's garage, not the hotel's fault. The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
This hotel was the most comfortable, cleanest and quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. The rain shower was fantastic, and I love the style. Customer service was wonderful!
1) fitted sheet was on sideways. It came off during the night. In the morning my wife stripped the bed and made it properly.
2) bad furniture. The desk chair was the most uncomfortable chair ever. It was the only chair. Bed was a mattress on a platform - no boxspring.
3) worst of all was heat. Room was 66F most of the stay. Two calls to complain. Were assured the heat was working. Saw 68F once. It was 65.5F as we checked out. $250 per night for a cold room.
Great and lovely hotel. Two things that could improve on which are, better firm beds and parking. We paid $50 for overnight parking in the Walkway garage. Other than that, love the staff and accommodations.

DirecTV did not work in our room, terrible signal. The heat was set on 72 but never got over 67 degrees. There was dust all over the door handle in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the room had character but for the high rate we paid I would have expected the TV to work and the room to be more clean.
The electrical wiring of the lights is very strange.

It mught just be the material selection or the fact that im particular but the bathrooms here simply didnt seem very clean.
Asked for a new room due to mold in the shower and the second shower wasn't too much better. Not sure if i wanted to ask for another room because i assume the same thing will happen or they wont bave another room.
Checked the bed and sheets which appear to be clean but that is about the extent of it.
Probably wouldnt stay here again.
My daughter and I travelled down from Ontario for a concert that ended up being cancelled. When we told the lady at the front desk, Abby, she went above and beyond for us and arranged tickets to another event! Wow. Huge thanks Abby!
The hotel itself had possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel, and the room was great too!

Parking not so easy with luggage - no hot coffee / no hot water for tea in lobby machine down - room was spacious nice view / easy walking to everything
This quality of the property is ok, however the staff isn't interested in providing quality service therefore the stay was challenging. We asked for our room to be serviced and the request was ignored. We asked again the next day and we found the room to be serviced upon our return, but the bed linens were not changed. They seem to think towels, linens, and such are gold as they do not want to provide any additional. They did not provide bath mats so we had to use towels on each side of the shower that kept leaking water onto the floor. There are no glasses in the room and we were told we could not have any. This is just a few of the head-scratching interactions with staff, but oh well. It was our 2nd and last time staying at this property.
