Probably not what you are looking for

No phone in the room, never had housekeeping come by (3 night stay) and had to request our own trash bags, broken window, broken refrigerator, cigarette burns. We asked for linens for the pull out bed around 430 pm and when we returned to the room at 10 pm they had not been delivered, when I asked the front desk it was another 30 minutes before we got them. When I asked about checking out and being refunded for out unused nights, the lady made it sound like she would consider it, after seeing we booked through a website, she said- "You booked through a website and they wont refund you" I called and talked to hotels.com and they called the hotel on my behalf and the lady still would not work with them. Even the Hotels.com rep said the lady was rude. It is definitely a hotel that caters to people who live there, not people who are on vacation. Some people might be ok with this stuff, but it is not what I was looking for when I booked a multinight vacation for my me and my kids.

One of the worst experiences ive had. Staff was extremely unhelpful, eats while talking to costumers, flirts with costumers, and the worst was not giving us OUR paid room but to another costumer instead. Don't ever book here, unless you absolutely need to. can't guarantee you'll actually get your service you paid for though.

The hotel was chosen for its outdoor pool, but it was not working. The furniture is all old, broken and dirty. The bathroom door was knocked down and not repaired. The pillows are very old and hard. The floor was washed very poorly, it seemed cleaner outside. The food ran out after three visitors, a new one was brought in half an hour. The hotel is in dire need of modernization.

This property has plumbing issues. I was assigned 2 rooms on the first floor had plumbing issues. Rooms are without putlets to charge your phone. There were stains on the bed comforter. The positive thing is the customer service at the fron desk. Its a cheaper hotel but ypu get what you pay for, I would spend a littlw extra on a better overnight stay.

The staff of this facility were very friendly. The building itself was awful old rundown, no dresser, no nightstands, remote control, and work for the TV. They listed a pool that had no water paint on the floor, hollow doors loud in the halls never again.

We left the hotel after the first night and ate the cost on the rest of our stay. Walls are so thin you can hear everything. People slamming doors. No tv on the wall in our room. Outlets busted up. Trim busted up. No water in the pool. Breakfast area is way too small. It appeared there are people living there.

The was only one light working int he room. The one next to the bed rm 260. Clerk was not at the desk when we checked in. Had to waitn15 mins. Breakfast deven looked started at 630am. Clerk was sound asleep on lobby couch. I put room key behind desk and left. Ice area dirty. Ugh not recommended

Me and my daughter came for a cheer competition. Checked in Friday June 13 at 430pm. First they told me at check in that they were completely booked and were not able to put us near our other cheer friends. But when I went online said there was still 8 rooms available. And then after I was completely checked in they said the pool wasn’t even open. Very disappointed that I received zero notification about this. Especially when online it says that it opened in may…… the rooms were also very dirty and the air in my room barely worked. I payed 130 for my room but when I was online the same day it was only 72 for the same room and same day. Hallways also smelt horrible of weed. Definitely won’t be back here and will not recommend to anyone else.

Felt very unsafe. Many many people possibly illegals sleeping in campers, large trailers parked around building. Entrance door that I needed use was really confusing. Breakfast well, I went and needed a restaurant. Not trying to be judgmental just trying to be honest. When I arrived if I could to get my money back I would have never stayed in this location.
