The hotel itself was the perfect location. It was just disappointing to have paid for one room, then be shifted into a much less nice room, with us being told at check-in, "Sorry, but we gave your room away, have a great night!"

Upon arrival, it was determined that the hotel reservation was not for the JW Marriott, which presented a significant issue. The online information regarding the hotel was found to be inaccurate, resulting in an inadequate accommodation.

Very nice place! My only complaint is i booked 2 queens and the beds felt like a full size and were a little high for "accessible". The room was very spacious though and that was nice. The AC vents weren’t placed great I felt hot in my sleep and I’m used to hotel rooms feeling freezing…

The room was in good condition - I was simply disappointed that the website mentioned City View, but you couldn't see anything from our window. The idea of reserving a room downtown at a pricier cost is to get that nice city or river view. Very disappointed that the hotel didn't deliver on that advertising.

We went up for our sons boxing tournament and stayed here and it was absolutely amazing we used the skywalk to get to the Devos place where the tournament took place and only took us 6 mins to get there and the whole walk was nice and cool with ac. Definitely would recommend!
