Awesome hotel!

Amazing hotel local to many restaurants and sites. Breakfast was hot and yummy. The beds were comfortable, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Staff are friendly. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but hopefully next time. Love this place! Makes you feel special with tv greeting!

Being in a downtown area I expected some challenges but was never informed as to the $18.00 per day additional parking fee. This of course, added to the cost of my stay. I just wish this charge was "up front" instead of a "by the way". Caught me off guard. Overall, my stay was good... a clean, comfortable room is always appreciated. Rick B

The walkable areas for dining was great! However, the room wasn’t clean. There were wash clothes with makeup on them left by the sink. No hand soap. Gum left on the night stand. We went to the front desk and all she did was come and grab the items left out and said “Sorry the cleaning people must have left early”

The property itself was updated, spacious and I felt well laid out. The area around seemed a bit depressed but close to downtown. The pool was cold, and the hot tub had way too much foam for it to have been property maintained. The most frustrating thing was that the pool was always out of towels and when I asked for bath towels as a replacement the front desk couldn’t provide those either. That was a killer for my kids.

Rude staff

The room was great, my only suggestion would be for curtains that actually close. You couldn't change in the room because the highway right outside could see right in. Service was lacking. Front desk personal were alright, but definitely not as friendly as you would expect. I was very very unimpressed by the staff doing the continental breakfast. First of all, they were all either dressed in pajamas, sweat suits from Victoria's secret and one was wearing a crop top and booty shorts. That's just not appropriate! And there was a woman who was so rude to me. I asked as they were closing up the doors if I could quick grab a glass of juice, (there were still guests in there finishing up getting their food) and she stared at me like I was stupid and said nothing. So I said" if not, that's okay", since it seemed like she didn't like that question. Then she said "c'mon!" Super rudely to me. I honestly was shocked and speechless at their behavior and instantly wanted to leave.
