This location is walking distance to the Fulton farmers market, Medical Mile, Madcap coffee shop, Terra, Easttown, Gaslight village, Reeds Lake, Grand Rapids community College, Aquinas College, Calvin university, Theaters,restaurants, Fredrick Meijer Garden, Devos Place , VanAndel arena, highways and all hospitals. It's centrally located to all the places you want to go in GR, Period! This home sits in a very quiet charming neighborhood and was built in 1927 with wonderful touches of character. This It offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed opens to an onsuite joining entrance to the 2nd bedroom which has a full bed, perfect for family with children, couple needing extra space etc. The suite offers extra closet space. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed overlooking the lush backyard and garden with beautiful seasonal blooms and native plants. (Basement not included in the stay and is prohibited ) This Centrally located property offers all the comforts of home. The house is beyond beautiful, adorned with intriguing art and eclectic accents that create a unique ambiance. The host was prompt in responding to our few questions, providing valuable insights and suggestions about the surrounding area. While the focus is on the home, the neighborhood it resides in is equally captivating and timeless. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
