We normally love to stay here. Clean and quiet. This time we noticed no more breakfast. Bummer, we may need to find a new place to stay. A continental breakfast isn't too much to ask.

For a over night stay I would say it's a nice place and it's affordable. It's close to the John Ball Zoo and close to the botanical gardens.

Everything was great except for check-in process. We booked two rooms for a rate, but the second room didn't make it to the actual hotel and they showed we only had two rooms. I showed our paperwork and it took time, but it finally got resolved. Annoying about that part, everything else fantastic.

I stayed here for one night and enjoyed it! The exterior of the building is beautiful and while the rooms are a bit dated, they were spotless and everything was in working order. The front desk staff was very polite. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t vouch for that. My room was a ways away from the pool and it was fairly quiet, the walls are a bit thin so you can occasionally hear conversations from neighboring rooms but it wasn’t bad at all. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there is no elevator to the second floor. I must not have read far enough in reviews to figure that out, so I ended up lugging my suitcase up and down the stairs. I think you can ask for a room on the first floor so it’s not the end of the world, but I just wasn’t expecting a multi-level hotel to not have an elevator for people and luggage. Overall though it was a good stay for the price and I would stay here again (albeit on the first floor)! I also felt relatively safe traveling by myself.

Overall, our stay was nice. The hotel was quiet and clean. It would be nice if they had some chairs outside of the pool area for people to sit in to enjoy their coffee. The only sitting area available is in the front lobby. Also, it was advertised that they had a continental breakfast available, but we learned that they stopped the continental breakfast eight months ago. All in all our stay was nice and I would stay there again.
