Mini fridge had leftovers and milk from prior guest, found balloon remnants and trash behind tv stand and under ac unit. Toilet seat was loose and constantly running.
Cannot complain about the no frills, eco friendly room. But……there was no soap in the pump dispenser in the shower (not good) also, there were many awakening noises throughout the night. Possibly the hvac system??
Our room looked like it had been updated, the elevator was rough and our bathroom needed some work. There was damage to our car by kids who were staying long term. The cameras in the lot don’t work so we cannot even get info our insurance. A moderately cheap stay will now cost us more with our ins deductible to get our car fixed.

Upon checking in, we were given 2 room keys. Both did not work and the front desk told us we would have to ask them to be let into our room. Very inconvenient and we were told we couldn't use our phone as a key either. There was no ice bucket or floor mat in the room. Breakfast was mediocre.
