No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware.

This was the absolute worse played we ever stayed. If it wasn't so late we would have demanded a refund nd went somewhere else. Hotels.com needs to remove this from their listings. The room was filthy, stunk like smoke, had dead and live bugs throughout. There was a tv but no power cord! There was two of us, and they gave us one towel. There was not even a garbage can in room. The carpet was completely stained and full of burn holes. The chair in room was disgusting also. Outside the room were piles of random stuff almost blocking the door! This place had a 7.8 rating, I don't know how, it should be like a 0.8. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

When we arrived the receptionist had no way to look up our reservation. Apparently their computer system was not installed yet. She accepted the reservation that I showed her on my phone that I made through Expedia and the rate that it stated I owed. We chose to pay in cash on site upon arrival. She gave me a hand written receipt and advised me to cancel my reservation through Expedia so that my credit card was not charged. Unfortunately I couldn't do that because it was past the cancellation time. We were given a room we have stayed in before (about 3 years ago) and we were good with that because we knew what it should have been like. It was not what we remember. The floors were dirty, the cable remote needed batteries (the receptionist found used replacements in the office), the TV remote had batteries that had exploded inside but still worked, we only had one set of towels for the two of us, a light bulb was burned out in the bathroom so there was not adequate light. There were no nightstands next to the bed. There was an ice machine in the office entryway but no other amenities of any kind. The coffee machine was nonfunctional. We felt bad for the receptionist because she did what she could to help us with no support for owners or management. They weren't around. If we needed assistance there were phone numbers taped to the check in window to call. Don't let the pictures that make this place look good fool you.

It was your normal hotel room. The bed was a bit hard. Looks clean. Could’ve had an extra set of towels. Was nice and quiet. Overall it was good for him just to stop over place.

A no frills old timey motor lodge feel. Quiet location, not updated but if a bed and indoor plumbing is what you desire then this is the place. Pleasant check in and out.

Great price, super clean

This was a older motel but very, very clean. Beds were comfortable. There was a restaurant in the same parking lot which made it is to get breakfast in the morning and the food and service was great. The price was much lower than anything else around. We would book again. Safe area too

Pleasant stay

Quaint little older hotel with attached restaurant ... room was clean ... service was helpful ... price was lower than anywhere else in the area ... was great for a 1-night business trip

Time for an upgrade.

All though the Motel was local to where we needed to be, the comfort level was awful. We felt like we walked back into 1970. No updates look to of ever been done over the years. Smelled musty and the beds were hard as a rock. Neither of us slept for 3 days comfortably. The beds/Mattresses felt so old as if they hadnt been changed in 30+ years. I also found after the fact other hotels near by with the pricing much lower that came with much better up to dates for our needs for next time.

Quickly becoming my go-to!

I have stayed here several times. I love the old-fashioned feel. If I could give the room an extra-amazing rating for cleanliness. It has the feel of a family business that people take pride in & go several steps beyond--I'm not kidding, don't ask me why I noticed, but even the pipes under the sink were dust-free! It is on a main road that is in the middle of shopping & restaurants, but with grassy, wooded areas that you can view from the windows, it has a peaceful feel.

Nice room; served my purposes for one night just fine. Surprisingly quiet. Excellent high-speed internet. Very nice swimming pool. Felt totally safe. Room felt very clean. Two windows in the room opened to the outside to get some fresh air and a little breeze. The A/C unit worked fine; it was just a little loud for my taste. I would stay here again.

Don't be influenced by some of the fluffy poetic reviews. This motel is just so-so. For a room that we were told hadn't been 'smoked in for years', smelled of smoke. So no attempt to remove old carpet, etc that absorbed any smoke from the past. No frills here and for a 50+ year old place, over priced.
