A very wonderful 7-day stay. I received a warm and friendly welcome from Mustafa upon my arrival. He, as well as all the front desk staff were always courteous and helpful. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable; having a kitchenette was definitely an added bonus. I was pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast and the variety of choices on offer - Elda did such a great job and was a sweetheart to talk to. I definitely recommend Towneplace Suites and will be back on future trips to GR.

Check in was fast and friendly. Lobby was clean and well organized. Plenty of snacks for sale. Room was clean and the lay-out was great. There was a small kitchen with dish washer. The bed was comfortable. This is definitely the go to hotel when going to the Gerald R Ford International Airport.

Everything here was just as we would expect: clean, functional, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and very good by “free breakfast” hotel standards. They have many extras that are well appreciated: grills and grill utensils, an outdoor fire pit, and friendly staff. All the gym equipment worked well. Also two free water bottles per day. Well. Would definitely stay here again.

Toliet handle on wrong side . Fix that asap . Can’t flush . Toliet low . Shower was dirty and hair in shower. Pots and pans need to be up graded . Horrible quality. New knives, those are garbage and I wouldn’t give them to a homeless person. Shoveling was horrible and no salt until last day.

Had an early flight out of GRR over Thanksgiving, during a very typical winter storm the night before. Drove down to stay the evening to not have to make the two hour drive in bad weather, and was extremely surprised and impressed at our stay. This property is super clean, quiet, easily accessible and comfortable. The front desk was wonderful and very helpful. 10/10 stay, and would pick this hotel over all of the others in the area if we need to stay before or after a flight again.
