The staff was friendly but the hotel was run down & dirty. There was people in the parking lot just hanging out.. I had 2 nights booked but left after the first night..

The building is old, bathtubs are too small, the walls need repainting, the grout lines are dirty moldy looking. The key card only works on the front door entrance only. The back door (pool area) does not work. The beds have crumbs or have not been dusted. The pillows are flat. The phones do not work. Breakfast is barely edible. However, just my opinion!

When I reached the property early at 3:30, I was told that my room was not ready and they were unsure if it would be ready by 4:00. The gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience when it was still not ready by 4:15. He apologized and I asked him to report it to his manager for a discounted rate, and he said he would do so. I had to move forward with my plans and stopped to buy a cooler with ice since I could not drop my food off at the hotel room fridge since it was not available for me to check in by 4 pm as it stated on their Ramada/Wyndam policy. Both agents I called from the property were unable to help me and the automated service did not work when putting me through to customer service. I called Expedia, but they did not register my Credit Card last four #s when I punched it into their automated system. It was a disappointing experience that I could not get help to cancel & get a refund from Expedia or Ramada.

This room was so over priced and horrible I don’t even know how Expedia can have this on there site. All the pictures on the site did not match the room. I called it bates motel. I will never stay at a Ramada again. My 17yr old daughter did not even use the bath room. Ice machine broken in the summer come on. We checked out at 9 am dressed and left no one at the check out counter. Rang the bell what for knocked on employee door no answer. So just left. More than me ready to leave bated motel. Other guest said he only had 1 pillow. I can believe it. DIRTY,HORRIBLE ,OVER PRICED

Even though still under renovation and recently reopened, our stay was comfortable and quiet. Troy and Audrey on front desk went above and beyond to take care of our every need and make our stay the best it could be. The free breakfast was full of choices and the cook/attendant was very friendly and attentive. They have a nice pool area, and arcade room that we didn't use. I did use the fitness room that is limited. It was a bit obvious that they opened while still needing to complete work and hire more staff. Details of cleaning could have been better. All surfaces weren't dusted well, the refrigerator and microwave needed to be wiped out. Our last night we noticed a new presence of small ants are the outside of the refrigerator. We were immediately moved to another room. I think waiting to open until they had more housekeeping staff and had more details completed would have been a better option. However, we did enjoy the stay and all staff was hustling. If the management is as good as the people they have already hired, I have no doubt finishing touches will be completed soon and it will be a great place to stay.

The breakfast was very good. The room was not ready when we arrived. Seems to be a common comment. Bathroom had clean towels, but also had two dirty ones on the door hook (one with a little blood). Corn chips (from others) on the floor along with misc. soil. Two dental flossers left on the floor. One bedspread was dirty or stained. Mattress was very soft (spouse awakened with a sore back). Coffee pot had a used coffee packet in it. We will not be back!

This was the nice hotel. The lobby is very nice and the staff is friendly. However, our room wasn't ready until 6:30 p.m.! Also, if you like soft pillows, bring your own. We were on the second floor and our ice machine was broken so we had to go down a floor, but no big deal. Overall, not a bad place to stay considering we needed an affordable room and it was the only hotel in the area with availability.
