Conveniently located , very clean , however when cleaning the pool they should note it online. so when a family is booking a room online with a pool they're aware that the pool is not up and running. And what happened to customer service with a smile?

I picked this place because I was on the road for 12 hours and needed a soak. Arrived at the hotel to learn the pool and spa were closed. Not impressed.
