Internet is available but must be used for web browsing only, as it is slow at times, streaming is not available.

Located in the beautiful, gated, resort community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California, this home is just 26 miles to the north gate of Yosemite National Park. You will be within walking distance to Dunn Court beach and community horseshoe pits, and a 5-minute drive to golf course/pro-shop, tennis courts, community pool and the country club!

This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
