Located in beautiful Pine Mountain Lake, is your next vacation destination. A perfect getaway from your busy lifestyle. Surrounded by tall pines, wildlife, trails, private lake and an 18 hole championship golf course. Only 35 minutes to Yosemite National Park entrance. The house is within the walking distance from the main lake marina.
The space
The home is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The bedrooms have cozy beds and the living room has a comfortable full size futon. Extra mattress stored in the master bedroom closet. A foldable porta-crib, extra pillows and blankets are stored in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom closets. There are 2 full size bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with many necessities to cook your favorite meals. You can also grill on the propane BBQ and eat out on the deck.

A ping pong table is downstairs in the garage.

Feel free to relax and unwind or take advantage of all the things to do including, but not limited to: Yosemite National Park, Pine Mountain Lake, hiking trails, golf course, archery range, fishing, horse back riding, gun range, community pool, ping pong, boat/kayak rentals, tennis, playground, and historic downtown.

Sip your coffee on the deck and soak in your surroundings. You will most likely get a visit from the neighborhood deer. After a day of exploring, relax on the reclining couch and turn on the 50'' TV or put on a DVD .

Please note there is parking in the back of the house which has level ground to enter the home.

Please note that we have two security cameras on the living room and kitchen windows. Cameras area facing outside covering only non-private areas: driveway and backyard woods (not the deck area).
Guest access
Upon booking your reservation, please provide me with the driver(s) first and last name as it is required to enter the gate. Gate attendant will need ID.

The home is located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. To enter, a one time fee of $42 per vehicle will be charged which covers your entire stay. Unfortunately the fee is required for all renters.
Other things to note
A cleaning fee of $180 is required.
No pets.
No smoking in the home.
Please note that there are a set of stairs in the home that lead down to the garage.

The driveway has room for 2 vehicles. No parking in the garage. There is plenty of room for additional vehicles to park in the back behind the deck.
