This beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bath host a wide array of amenities to enjoy.

From a full basement equipped with an indoor gym, pool table, golf table and an air hockey table. To a full surround sound system in every room for that extra boost in your sounds. Music lovers will enjoy the luxury of this sound especially with the main control in the living room accessible by Wifi & Bluetooth, once turned on via the main control music can be heard in every room and outside.

There is a total of 3 living room and 3 dinning rooms.
There is a fire place located in the main living room (wood). As well as a fire place located in the master bedroom (gas) the master bedroom also has a jetted bath tub.

Stepping outside there is Jacuzzi which is next to the outdoor pool. Beside the outdoor pool there is a fire pit with a big grill for outdoor/night time recreation.

The whole house is fenced around with a big driveway available for parking.
