Cozy 1 Bedroom 800sq ft Cottage overlooking Stover's Cove with a nice stone Patio in the front, along with a large front yard. This Property is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. Located very close to local amenities, including Pammy's Ice Cream Parlor, Mitchel Field Walking and picnic area (sunsets are amazing), The Dolphin Marina, Erica's Seafood, Many local Walking and Hiking Trails, and Stover's point local public beach. This is a great place to Relax and enjoy the beautiful sights and local cuisine.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cottage was quiet, clean and cozy with an unbelievable view! The owners, Steve & Jan are so extremely friendly and welcoming. They live next door and had many recommendations and were a lot of fun to talk with! Super great couple and we would highly recommend this place if you are looking for peace and quiet but yet not too far from places to see during your visit. We have attached a few photos of the view at the cottage during the evening and another scene nearby that is within walking distance. We hope to go back!!

I was immediately 'wowed' by the interior when I opened the door. The pictures don't do it justice. What otgers have said about how well equipped it was and all the comforts provided are exactly correct. Quite, beautiful view, safe, convenient location!!

This Cottage was a perfect place for us to stay to meet up with relatives at Potts Point and to explore the area. Check it was easy, cottage is lovely and comfortable. Had everything we needed and some. Enjoyed sitting in chairs watching the birds in the cove. Highly recommend. Owners next door were very discreet.

wonderful stay in Harpswell

This property sets a high standard with many fine details & workmanship that enhanced our comfort during our stay. We took a couple of lovely walks from the property without having to get in the car. Would be nice suggestions: some basic kitchen condiments, hair dryer, screens, & a grab bar for the bathtub. We would definitely recommend & come back.

Beautiful, Relaxing Get-Away

My aunt and I stayed for a week and we really enjoyed this beautiful venue! Very clean and well-appointed place ( expertly planned, cohesive decor). Lovely view of Stover’s Point Cove. Very friendly neighborhood that is close to so many attractions in the area. The hosts were VERY respectful of our privacy during our stay as well as available by phone to answer any questions. Loved it!

Beautiful Cottage on a Cove

We flew into Portland and rented a car. We drove about an hour to the cottage. It was a beautiful drive and the cottage was exactly as described. It was perfect for 2 adults. A real New England romantic getaway. The cottage itself was beautiful with all new amenities.

Cozy Cottage = Wonderful Place to Stay!

We loved our time at the Cozy Cottage. They have the space well stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap, and even toiletries! All the communication was smooth and fast replies. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Harpswell!

Nice stay

House was very nice. Has everything you basically need inside(except a hair dryer) Musty smell which made it a little difficult bc smells trigger my migraines. A few dead bugs and sand when we entered the house so we did vacuum right away. Would be nice if you could open the big windows because there is an amazing breeze some nights but there are no screens.
