Excellent stay!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house is very clean and in a great location. The space was great for everyone and there was plenty of room. The listing is very accurate. The host was great to communicate with and very helpful. Check in and check out process was easy - there are no surprises or unknown expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We will definitely book again!

Listing is not clear. There were other guests that showed up during our trip that apparently rented out another section of the home? We then had to share the yard, firepit, grill and dock. This was never communicated to us and when reaching out to the owner, he stopped answering phone calls and text messages. Also, his voicemail box was full so we couldn't leave a message. Blackstone was rusted and could not use without 2 hours of cleaning. Broken toaster, no outside seating. Host said to bring inside chairs outside. Very disappointed in the host and lack of communication about the site. I do not recommend this Host or property to anyone. It was a shock to 11 more people show up randomly at our site.
