I like it here cause we can walk downtown to go out in the evening when we’re visiting friends. But the breakfast isn’t awesome anymore, it used to be. We stay for weeks at a time and kind of count on that to not have to pay for breakfast everyday. Do better please.

Very nice modern building. They have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean with plenty of places to use your chargers. Breakfast was also very good. If you need a place to stay in Hartford, this is the place.

The first two rooms we were given were not ready, but the desk staff was quick to remediate. Our eventual room was very clean. All of the staff was courteous. The breakfast was well stocked and clean. The hotel was easy to navigate and quiet during late night hours. Bathroom was in very good condition with all the amenities well stocked.

we have stayed there many times, but the heating system was so noisy we couldn't sleep in the bedroom or the living room (pull out couch) and the toilet overflowed. Location is great, will only stay in the summer months from now on.

Overall the hotel was very nice but our suite smelled like sewer gas when we arrived and we had to switch rooms. We had to downgrade because a suite was not available. We were hoping they would offer us money back for the inconvenience but they said they couldn’t. That was disappointing considering we got the suite for a reason so we had as much space as possible.
