Hallway carpets are stained and look disgusting,the rooms are old and depressing,I checked in and within the hour I checked out,a hostel is better than this place,it's also inconveniently out of the city centre and 1340 bht I paid was a ripoff,not recommended to stay unless your really desperate not worth more than 200 bht

Pros: Really lovely staff, very helpful. Cons: very poor breakfast, room was clean however the bathroom was disgusting, ants EVERYWHERE!!! Not sure if it was just our room as there was a window in the bathroom that couldn't be closed?!?

Big room. Near 7e. Quite place. Good price

We stayed 8 families here. Not so near to Lee Garden area but is ok. This hotel is near to 7e and other shops. Parking is in front hotel. Room quite big and nice with this price. Water quite slow. Overall really recommended.

Overall OK stay for 1 night. Friendly and helpful staff. Various stains on bed sheets. Water out of tap brown in the beginning with dirt particles. Drinking water bottles at room expired for a year and tasted strangly.
