I booked this hotel because the rating was 8/10. The hot tub wasn’t working, the whole building smelled like weed and my room had an odor to it. We also found stains on the sheets and hair in the tub/shower. Overall I would next book there again.

Overall: just not clean! I’m ok with “old” but this was dirty. First room smelled like feet. Second room wasn’t very clean (hard surfaces were not clean) but we were super tired and I wiped down everything myself. Shower curtain was moldy and the staff provided a new one. Tub a little scary - maybe just stained. Molding around our door was falling off. Blow dryer hung up on the bathroom wall with a screw. Front desk staff was good and responsive. Corridor carpet was reprehensible with mashed in food stains. I’m surprised this establishment is affiliated with Wyndham.

The bathtub hardly drained, so you had to stand in 3 inches of water during the shower. Gross! Also the room smelled like urine. Yuke! The sheets also smelled like a wet dog. The jacuzzi was closed for repair. We won’t return.

Nice room. But this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve stayed there and every time, it seems a bit more rundown. Hot tub never seems to open. Breakfast was poorly done and bored staff couldn’t have care less to pick up the place or fix the juice machine,etc. If all you need is a good bed, then this is suitable

Had a good stay at the Baymont. The hotel is dated, the furniture in the room was old and worn. However, nothing was broken just aged. The room overall was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. The shower was good, nice pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast selection was small but good, with eggs, biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker and some pastries. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. We would stay again.

We were terribly disappointed in this hotel, and if there was a way to have cancelled our reservation, we would have done so. The hotel is very run down. The hallway carpets don't look as though they have EVER been vacuumed or cleaned! The floor in our room was dirty, their was hair around the toilet, (and I doubt that it had been cleaned or sanitized in months!) I was afraid of letting the water from the shower head wash over my face, as it was full of black mold. When we went to breakfast, about an hour after it started, there was little to no food available, and no one acting as though they were refilling the pans. The juice machine wasn't working, so we walked away hungry and disgusted. I would NOT recommend this hotel. When a customer comes to a place such as this, can we change our minds about staying and cancel the reservation??? I hope that the staff at least washed the sheets and linens. Ugh

The staff were very polite and friendly. However, the room was so dirty in the hallways stairwells were also so dirty. I could not stay there. I asked for another room in case it was just the room I was in second room was just as bad and I opted to go to a different hotel. It was really disappointing because the reviews talked about how clean the rooms were.

The hotel needs some TLC. The stairwells don’t look like they have been cleaned in a while. Also the bathtub is very dirty - nor bc it hasn’t been cleaned, but bc it is old and permanently stained. The toilet in our room also just randomly filled up again. I suspect there is a leak somewhere.
