Shower/tub was clean but tub needs replaced. Pillow stains washed but still visible? However, pillows and beds were comfortable. Place was out of regular coffee except at free breakfast. We so look forward to in room coffee. Breakfast was ok and coffee was good.

The hotel is definitely showing it's age. The rooms are dark and have a smell. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

This property was terribly dirty. We did let the manager know and he was polite and said he would refund $50.00 back to my card - which did NOT happen. I would not recommend staying here.

Not the best stay.

The bathroom was dirty. We asked for a roll away bed at check in and then had to go ask again before bed. We asked for more towels and never got them so we had to go to the desk and get more the next morning. Lamp shade in the room was broke. Also we ended up being charged twice for everything. Breakfast was very slim on choices but tasted good. Saturday morning and Sunday morning employees were nice. Sunday morning gal fixed my charges. Unfortunately it isn’t instantly put back on my card so I’m out $350 until it is.

The breakfast consisted of luke warm yogurt and milk that had gone bad. Soupy eggs, and biscuits and gravy. I didn’t try them. They did have coffee, water and juice that was decent. The waffles were normal.

The bathroom was not clean and the tub was all cracked and chipped. The hallways, stairs and common areas were gross. We got a knock on the door at 9 am to see if we were ready to check out. Mind you check out is at 11 and we were still sleeping. Then another knock at 1030. Felt very rushed to leave.

When we arrived the room we reserved had no air conditioning. They have a cleaning towel on the back of the toilet for customers to use. I cleaned the door knobs, hair dryer, bathroom floor and corners using my hand sanitizer. No elevator so the stairs are very dirty and musty. There is a pet fee, but the area outside wasn't clean.
