Shower was a squeeze to get into, the door hits the vanity, poor design. Had originally asked for an additional bed (paid extra for this) as we have our son travelling with us however after the 1st night we realised this bed was not required. We asked for the bed to be removed and refund the rest of the amount. The staff then told us that they would charge us an additional person in the room if they took out the extra bed we paid for. We showed them the original booking where it stated 2 adults and one child and no additional fee was payable however kept referring to it as 'hotel policy'. Further attempts to address this matter were ignored by staff. Not happy this was not addressed at all. We enjoyer the daily breakfast provided.

The sound proofing of rooms is very poor. I can’t sleep well at night because I can hear noises from the guests next door and children stamping and running around in the room, things dropping on the floor…etc.

Central location and walking distance to all tourist traps. Some confusion with booking via Wotif. Booked for 5 in a family room and then paid extra for this. Then only catered for 4 people. Squishy but satisfactory, we would have liked to know this prior
