Our stay was good. Some of the front desk staff are very friendly. Location in District 1 so central to many things. We found the spa/wellness staff unfriendly, doesn’t hurt to smile. Room was clean, sufficient toiletries provided. Water pressure in our shower was not the best unfortunately. The Buffett breakfast was ok! Overall a good experience for our mother/daughter trip!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The vibe of the hotel was amazing—stylish, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a great variety and delicious options to start the day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was okay. Shower grout was starting to show it's age, and we could easily hear our neighbors watching tv in the evenings. We also had to speak to the front desk about a trail of ants that went across our room and all over the dresser and table / mirror. They came by with ant spray and sprayed around all the edges and that seemed to do the trick. Morning buffet was good. Overall vibe of the hotel was charming.

Had a really lovely stay. The room was spotless, the staff were always friendly and quick to help, and the whole place just felt really calm and welcoming. The little extras like the pool and afternoon tea were a nice touch as well. Would happily stay again.

The hotel was amazing overall! A bit old, but super nice rooms. The vent was peeling a bit, and some crumbs of something (drywall or wood?) fell out into my glass and table. A bit gross. Outdoor shower in the balcony was awesome!! The gym, however, was not what it looked like in the pictures at all. There is NO SMITH MACHINE. Barely enough room for two people, really underwhelming and catfished me in the photos, as the gym facilities is a big factor for me when deciding on a hotel to stay at. Staff were so super nice, and breakfast buffet was amazing! If gym’s not important to you, you’ll like it.

The hotel is extremely well situated - you can walk to most attractions. The room was clean, a good size and very comfortable. The shower was interesting as the curtain didn't go all the way around so the floor did get a bit wet - but there are plenty of towels. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the pool area, even though it got difficult to get a seat later in the afternoon, it was good to cool down in after a busy day.

Staff is exceptional, hotel is showing it's age with fixtures, room layout, and even door knobs looking like they're very well used. The pool was our main reason for our short stay here and while the pool is plenty large seating is limited and the water was unusually cold. Out of our two days we didn't want to use it a second time. I recommend Liberty riverside instead or if you have it like "that" The Hilton are both a superior experience.

Lovely hotel, centrally located. Kent and his staff have been super helpful. Afternoon tea is a nice addition, and the rooftop bar and pool are great. Very reasonable drinks prices, too. Lower than the bars around the hotel.
